Kunal Khosla and National basketball player Prachi Tehlan to enter Diya Aur Baati Hum

Star Plus' very popular show, Diya Aur Baati Hum (Shashi Sumeet Productions) will see a major development now, wherein Sooraj (Anas Rashid) and Sandhya (Deepika Singh) will join hands in stabilizing the love life of the grown-up Chhotu!! Yes, Chhotu, the younger brother of Sooraj has been missing from the show for a while now, with the character being shown to be studying abroad. The big news is that Chhotu will soon be coming back!! And Randeep Rai will make way for youngster Kunal Khosla as Chhotu. A credible source tells us, “Kunal has been roped in by the channel and makers after an extensive search. Chhotu will be shown as an extremely hot youngster, with a cool dude image. The focus now will be on Chhotu’s love life.” And playing Chhotu’s love interest will be a new face. However, the recently turned actress is a popular national level sports person. The source again informs us, “Prachi Tehlan, the basketball player from Delhi has been roped in to play the role of Arzoo, Chhotu’s girl friend.” As for Prachi, she has been part of the 2010 Commonwealth Games and was captain of the netball team. Kunal, as we know, has played the role of Qutubuddin Aibaq in Jodha Akbar, and went on to grab the lead role in Big Magic’s Boys.
