Kunal Verma to disguise himself as a lady in CID; Prinal Oberoi to feature in the episodic

Kunal Verma who was last seen in Colors’ Havan has actually stopped looking for offers on television. Instead, the actor is busy preparing himself for the big screen and is looking for a meaty role to prove his acting talent. However, when Fireworks Productions approached him recently to be a part of an episodic story of their long-running show on Sony Entertainment Television, CID, the actor could not deny the opportunity. We went on to ask him the reason for it and he stated, “Yes it is true that I am no more looking for roles on television. I have been working on my physical and mental well-being and am waiting for the day when I grab a film project. But when this role in CID came to me, I took it up as it is a very challenging character. I have never played such a role till date.” The episodic which has Kunal Verma will also feature Prinal Oberoi. The shoot for the episodic is presently on. The actor went on to reason out why he took this role, “I play a man in disguise in the episodic. I cannot reveal anything on the story line; all I can say is that I disguise myself as a lady throughout the episode. On a funny note, I now understand why ladies take so much of time in dressing up (smiles).” The episode deserves a dekko!!!
