Laksh Lalwani opens his heart on Adhuri's 'closure'

Laksh Lalwani

Youth heartthrob Laksh Lalwani made a place in our hearts and living rooms with his triple characters on &TV’s Adhuri Kahani Hamari. But unfortunately, the drama bid adieu to TV screens recently.

In a candid chat with Tellychakkar, Laksh spoke about the sudden closure of the soap, his journey, and more...

While commenting on the show's wrap-up, he said, "I was initially disappointed with it going off-air but later when I thought about it, I was okay with the decision. I feel that every series has its time. I have enjoyed every bit of the journey and would definitely miss it. I will cherish the moments my entire life."

When asked to choose his favourite show between Warrior High and Adhuri Kahani Humari, he said, “Well, both shows are of different genres so I can’t compare the two. I would say that I was part of Adhuri  from the beginning...it was my show.”

We also asked him which character from the drama-Yuvraj Madhav, Krish and Karan-he loved the most. He quipped, "I enjoyed playing Karan. It was a negative character of a psychopath. The role gave me a headache and was very tough and challenging, but I loved it. It helped me grow as an actor too."

Talking about playing negative roles in the future, he shared, “I only prefer doing positive characters but I won’t mind portraying a negative one if it’s challenging enough."

We wish the young lad all best for his future!
