MUMBAI: Actor Vikas Sethi has been making sure to be indoors in order to protect himself and his family from the deadly Covid-19. With gyms being closed, the actor has found a way to work out effectively at home. “Skipping is an exercise that one can do anywhere, it doesn't need to be at a gym or even outdoors, you can skip at home too. Just make sure you have a high ceiling and you are good to go. For me, I am just skipping in my building premises. Take care, stay healthy! Maintain hygiene and be aware of the situation and keep others informed about hygiene. I also cook sometimes so now being at home I will cook healthy meals and follow through my diet,” he says.
Film and TV shoots have also been stalled due to the Covid 19 pandemic until 31st March. The actor applauds this move. “I think it's a great move by our chief minister. It's for the safety of everyone who is working on the sets. Let's not talk about loses, human loss is more important than economic loss. Yes, it's a forced holiday but safety comes first,” he says. Vikas Sethi, who has mostly played grey shades and has won appreciation for the same was last seen Sankar Lakshmi, I played the role of a bad, mysterious guy.
