Is Life OK gearing up for the next season of 'Swayamvar'?

‘Swayamvar’ on Indian television has wooed the viewers for the last three seasons!! The unique reality show, produced by SOL was aired on Imagine till now!! The interesting concept of the contestants performing various tasks to impress the bride or groom, with the winner eventually getting to marry the person provides for a great watch. And who can forget the huge drama and controversies that follow as the serial goes on? Well, are we geared up for yet another entertaining season here? The answer seems to be ‘Yes’!! The buzz doing rounds is that SOL and Life OK are in talks for a new season of Swayamvar. In fact, the production house has pitched three male and two female celebrity names to the channel. And if all goes well, the channel will short list one celebrity name from the given options. When contacted, Ajit Thakur, General Manager, Life OK though denied the news. Fazila Allana, of SOL said, “We are not coming up with Swayamvar. We are working on another concept instead.” However, our source maintains that talks for Swayamvar are surely on!! While Season One of Swayamvar had the Controversial Queen Rakhi Sawant on the hot seat, Rahul Mahajan was the groom for Season 2. The vivacious Ratan Rajput turned a bride on national television for the Season 3 of Swayamvar. The last three seasons of Swayamvar were aired on Imagine TV. Let’s hope we get to see a hot celebrity going through the grind of choosing his/her life partner on television soon.
