Zee TV's music talent hunt, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs has reached the mid-way of it's journey with the final five contestants remaining to compete. And after receiving accolades from none other than our former Prime Minister Shri. Atal Behari Vajpayee in form of an appreciatory letter, the Lil Champs team was recently appreciated by our Honorable Vice President, Shri. Bhairon Singh Shekhawat! He took some special time out (almost an hour) to meet these Lil Champs during his recent visit and congratulated them. Shri. Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, who is a keen watcher of this show, was welcomed by the kids with a splendid bouquet and he mingled with one and all. He remarked that it was a wonderful platform for talented youngsters from across the country. During this foregather, the Vice President of India divulged his personal liking for Diwakar and acknowledged his fortitude for singing so well despite of impediments. He even asked Diwakar to render a song for him. Shekhawat encouraged kids by telling them to take the competition in the spirit of a game and be assured that good singers always have a promising career ahead! The Vice President bid farewell by wishing the L'il Champs good luck and auspicating a bright future for them!
