Samidha mentioned, “Sulekha is a character who is villainous but at the same time it is situational. She loves her son unconditionally and can do anything for him. She wants only good for him and there is nothing beyond him. She is stubborn and greedy but that again is only for her son.”

She further added, “Being an actress I have played both positive and negative roles but I have more fun in portraying negative characters. These are author backed roles and are fun and unpredictable. Moreover, villains and vamps are seldom  stereotyped. In reality, you may not have the same attitude or thought process and that makes it more challenging to perform.”

When asked about creative differences, Samidha shared that they discuss in a healthy fashion and have a mutual decision. Moreover, the producers are just a call away. We are given proper workshops to get into the skin of the role and we have authority to give suggestions too.”
