MUMBAI : Shemaroo Umang has a series of interesting presentations for its viewers.
Shashi Sumeet Productions, which has launched a series of new television shows, has now come up with a new presentation titled ‘Main Dil Tum Dhadkan,’ a modern take on the eternal bond of motherhood.
The show stars Radhika Muthukumar as Vrinda, Kavish Khunger as Krish, Zohaib Ashraf as Keshav, and Neelu Vaghela as Rajeshwari Devi.
Well, Rajani Gupta plays an integral role in the show and in an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, she shared some interesting insights on the show and her balance between shooting with Mera Balam Thanedaar.
Rajani stated, “The two sets are opposite one another and there is so much good management between the EP’s of both the sets. Both the characters are extremely well designed . In Main Dil Tum Dhadkan, I play a positive and sweet mother-in-law while in Mera Balam Thanedaar, I play a comic negative role.”
She added, “There is such a good transition of characters and the challenge is shifting between the two emotions. I like to challenge myself and hence I wanted to take up a positive role so I do not stereotype myself.”
For the uninitiated, the show beautifully portrays the emotional bond between Vrinda and Krish, which is tested when Keshav reveals that Krish is his biological son. The custody battle that follows delves into themes of motherhood and emotional struggles.
