Mansi's American jaunt!

Many musical concerts from India have been conducted over seas and this time around actor Mansi Verma got an opportunity to host a live one. The actor has recently returned from a hectic three week Sonu Nigam concert which was held in the USA and Canada and is recovering from the jet lag! But the actor, who has previously hosted many award functions, did a minor goof up during this show. "I fumbled once and next I apologized in front of the audience. Later Sonu told me that there was no need to say sorry and should have continued with my lines, " explains Mansi. And she justifies it by adding, "I got nervous before the show as I've never done a live show before. Award functions have their scripts ready so there's no scope to fumble." And which lady would let go the opportunity to shop when abroad? " I bought clothes, shoes, perfumes, watches and what not. In fact I had to also buy some extra bags as I had raided many malls," she laughs. "The weekends would be hectic and we'd keep travelling but I'd utilised the weekends to fulfil my shopping desire, And needless to say I am missing all the good time we had, " says Miss Verma. And the fun didn't stop here. This chirpy young lady bonded so well with the females of the troupe that everyday they would welcome her by tickling her! But she also went through an unfortunate incident on the memorable trip. She landed on the airport to find her baggage missing (which was delivered to her after two days). Hence she ended up borrowing greasepaints and much more from others! Hmmm.....quite an eventful trip, must say Mansi!
