Meet’s Ashi Singh shares “I am super excited to finally flaunt my long hair in the show for a scene”

MUMBAI: Zee TV's latest fiction show, Meet, has made a place for itself in the audience’s heart since its premiere. The show presents the story of Meet (Ashi Singh), who mirrors several women across the nation that are fighting societal norms of gender roles regarding work and responsibilities. While the show has kept the audience on the edge of their seats with the intriguing plot, in the upcoming episode viewers will be in for a double treat with Meet and her sister in the show Manushi (Sharin Khanduja) twinning in purple attire will ring new suspense soon.  

For an upcoming sequence, both Meet Hooda (Ashi Singh) and Manushi Hooda (Sharin) will be seen wearing the same set of clothes, and while the duo had a gala time shooting the scenes, Ashi Sigh was excited enough for having gotten the opportunity to open her hair and have a different look for a change. Usually, her character doesn’t allow her to have long hair, but for this sequence, she had the chance to flaunt her long Barnet.

Talking about her experience, Ashi Singh said “Finally I got the chance to show off my hair and not wear the wig which I generally put on while playing Meet’s character. It was indeed a change, and I was super excited to have a different look this time. Twinning with Sharin was so much fun that we didn’t miss the opportunity to click multiple pictures and shoot a cute reel. Moreover, for me, it was a variation since I got to wear a nice purple suit and also had my hair long for the sequence. Overall, it was quite exciting and tiring, all on a platter.”  

While Ashi and Sharin have gathered a sundry of emotions while shooting this new sequence, viewers will have a great time watching the new plot unfold soon.
