Big Synergy, who has produced the first and second seasons of India’s Got Talent (IGT) will be changing hands this season with Fremantle Media. What's more, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa winner, Meiyang Chang, is tipped to host this season.
Fremantle is the original owner of this show globally but they had licensed Big Synergy to do the first two seasons. But, now Fremantle is looking forward to produce its third season, which will happen soon. Apart from IGT Khoj 3 on Colors, they are also producing X-Factor on Sony.
Anita Kaul Basu, producer, Big Synergy confirmed the same and said, “We are not doing IGT this season; Fremantle will be doing it.”
Anupama Mandloi, Head of Content India, Fremantle Media said, “Yes we are producing the show this season but the other details are still being worked on.”
Chang remained unavailable for comment.
