MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television’s Mere Dad Ki Dulhan is currently one of the popular shows on Indian Television. The show which stars Varun Badola, Shweta Tiwari and Anjali Tatrari in the leads is back with fresh sets of episodes post the lockdown.
The show is currently airing high-end drama with Guneet (Shweta) knowing about Amber (Varun) being her online chat partner Bawra man. She also goes on to slap Amber and when Niya learn about it they have a major showdown.
Undoubtedly, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan stars stellar cast and another talented actor Shaleen Malhotra is the latest entrant to join the cast of the show.
Shaleen Malhotra’s plays the role of Rishi Burman who is a businessman. He happens to be quite the charmer and smooth talker by nature. He will inspire Niya, mould her and also help her inculcate the never-give-up attitude.
Looks like Shaleen has already bonded well with the cast of MDKD.
Anjali shared a video where she and Shaleen are seen bursting into a laughter while enacting a scene. Interestingly, Varun commented on the video stating “Tum dono ke chakkar mein mujhe extra din dene padte hain. Kya chal raha hai yeh shoot pe? Kitni mehanat karwaayega Dada se is umr mein Bachchu.”
