Nabeel Ahmed to mimic Big B in R Balki's Shamitabh

The upcoming film by R Balki, Shamitabh, starring Big B, Amitabh Bachchan, Kolaveri Dhanush and Akshara Haasan, is in much talks for its interesting concept and of course the picture perfect list of performers. The film will have Dhanush playing a deaf and dumb person and Amitabh will act as his voice. The movie is much anticipated for the creative combination of Balki and Amitabh, have worked wonders in Cheeni Kum and Paa. Also excited is the young Nabeel Ahmed, who was last seen in Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara on Sony Entertainment Television. Wondering why? Well, the actor will be seen in a small cameo in the film mimicking Amitabh Bachchan. Shares the actor, “It’s a comic scene where I will be acting as Amitabh in front of Dhanush and Akshara. It’s a very sweet scene and it was really fun to shoot it.” When asked whether Big B watched his act he replies, “I don’t think he has seen it although I hope he likes it when he does. Akshara and Dhanush were involved in the scene.” When asked which all actors he can mimic apart from Amitabh, Nabeel smiled, “I am the biggest fan of Shah Rukh Khan and love doing his acts. Also I love enacting Aamir Khan, Farhan Akhtar and Emraan Hashmi.” And finally he shared an interesting tidbit about his association with R Balki. “I have done an ad with him and surprisingly he remembered me from then. It was such a proud and special moment for me. He also introduced me to the DOP Sreeram who had then directed the ad too.” Good luck Nabeel!
