Zee TV’s Yeh Vaada Raha has been in the news after the leads Sonal Vengurlerkar and Ankush Arora indulged in a slapgate controversy.
With the two getting on to a fight and hitting each other, police was summoned and the matter got really dirty.
But all is well in the show and the team is working serenely with each other. And here we have name of a new face who will join the daily.
Dashing actor Vikas Sethi who was last seen in Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se has been roped in to play a pivotal role of a CBI officer in the Trishula Productions' show.
His character Vikram will be introduced in the daily to solve the case of Karthik (Ankush Arora) and his look alike Krishna.
Shared a source, “It would be an important cameo and we wanted an actor who had a strong personality to pull it off. Vikas was chosen after a through hunt and he has already started shooting.”
When we buzzed Vikas he said, “Yes I have started shoot and it is an interesting role. He is an upright officer who wants to close the case of Krishna by nabbing him.”
