MUMBAI: Niharika Chouskey is gearing up for her new show Tum Se Tum Tak.

The show will be airing on Zee TV and it TV's handsome hunk Karan Singh Grover was set to play the lead role opposite Niharika.

However now, Sharad Kelkar is roped in to play the lead.

It's been years since Sharad did TV and it is indeed a good news for his fans.

Well, Niharika and Karan's new pairing has already left the viewers excited.

The show will be reportedly going on air in mid-March and the shooting for the same has already kickstarted.

In a recent interaction with TellyChakkar, Niharika opened up on how shows take leap and new actors are introduced.

Niharika was asked if she would start in a fresh new show or play the lead in a hit show taking a leap.

The actress said, ''It really depends as it has both pros and cons. Till now whatever shows I have done as the lead, I have only done fresh shows. I had a very good experience because you have built up the image and story from the scratch. You are the face of the show. When it comes to leap, you initially get a lot of hate but then people eventually accept you. I don't have an experience of starring as a lead in a hit show after the leap. So, I wouldn't mind if my character is nice and also the show.''

Niharika Chouksey was last seen in Dangal TV's show Aaina - Roop Nahin Haqeeqat Bhi Dikhaye.
