A couple of days back on Life OK’s Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai Ajab Sa Risk Hai (Siddhant Cinevision Limited) you had seen an inebriated Himmat (Suyash Kumar) pouring out his heart, rather angrily, to his family. In a highly dramatic moment, Tauji shot a bullet at him which went on to hit Rajveer (Gaurav S Bajaj).
Suyash delivered a power packed performance in the above scene despite the fact that he is no trained actor. He told Tellychakkar.com, “This sequence gave me an opportunity to prove myself as an actor. I have been a part of this show for the past three months and have been living it throughout. This was the first time of out those three months that I got to perform in such a dynamic scene.”
The actor hadn’t enrolled himself in an acting school as he couldn’t afford the high fees. He explains, “When I came to Mumbai, many had told me to join an acting school but the fees were ranging between 1 lakh to 1 & 1/2 lakh. Moreover, I believe that nobody can teach you acting. I have picked up acting by undergoing many auditions and closely watching actors perform on TV.”
The actor is slightly worried that irate fans of Gaurav Bajaj may come up to him and accuse him of putting Rajveer through a lot of trouble. “When I was a part of Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, I was accosted by viewers who were irked with my character Neil.”
Regarding his dream role, the handsome actor says, “It used to be Akshay Kumar’s role in Namastey London. Now it is Ranbir Kapoor’s role in Rockstar.”
When we asked him what roles he will steer clear of he replied, “I had seen two gay guys were kissing in a film. I will never do a role like that even if offered ten crores. There are certain boundaries that I will never cross.”
When Suyash isn’t acting he loves to sing, listen to music, play the guitar and keyboard, take photographs, play snooker and cricket. We wish him all the best in his career ahead.
