While the supremely talented kids have left no stone unturned to entertain the judges and the viewers, the special visits by celebrity guests on the show have truly been like a cherry on the cake. After welcoming the Kakkar siblings, the legendary composer Sajid Khan and the King of Comedy Govinda, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs is all set to host the famous and gorgeous actresses Padmini Kolhapure and Poonam Dhillon in the next episode. With such iconic beauties of B-Town in the house, the upcoming episode will see the contestants performing to popular and evergreen tracks to woo the judges as well as the guests.
Post Ranita and Aryananda’s marvellous performance to veteran actor Padmini Kolhapure’s song ‘Yeh Gallian Yeh Choubara’, host Maniesh Paul could not resist requesting Padmini Ji to recreate the her magical dance moves on this song. Sportingly, a graceful Padmini stepped up on the stage to dance and perform the hook step of this iconic song while the judges, jury and contestants watched the evergreen beauty in awe.
Talking about her experience and memories related to this song, Padmini Kolhapure share, “This song was indeed very special and is extremely close to my heart. It was a real surreal moment to hear these kids sing it so beautifully and it certainly brought back all the memories I have associated with this song. Prem Rog is a movie that came to me very early in my career and I remember I was so young and full of energy and enthusiasm back then. The movie was great, and all the more special since I shared the screen with late Rishi Kapoor Ji. I’ll have to admit, he was quite the charmer back in the day. The movie itself was so sweet and the song had a perfect emotional touch to it.”
With Poonam Dhillon and Padmini Kolhapure in the house, we are sure this evergreen special will be exceptional and something viewers should watch. It will be full of melodies, memories and surprises.
So tune in to Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs this Saturday and Sunday at 8 pm, only on Zee TV!
