MUMBAI: Rohit Chandel has been an integral part of Pandya Store.

Playing the leading actor of the Star Plus serial, the show will go off-air soon. Rohit, who is a little disappointed as he was emotionally attached to the show, spoke in a candid conversation with TellyChakkar. (Also Read: Whoa! Rohit is renowned as Dhaval Makwana in Star Plus’ Pandya Store and his chemistry with his co-actors was immensely loved.

When asked about the leap and Pandya Store biting the dust, Rohit said, “ I just feel bad for one thing and that is they did not wait for the TRP post the leap. There were new artists which had come, we were shooting at different locations and the story was exciting. It was an expensive budget however, the decision is not in our hands so there is nothing we can do about it."

Shedding light on what all he took away from the show, Rohit expressed, “The character of Dhaval has been a masala entertainer. I have done comedy, romance, stunts and a mixture of many other shades. Generally a character has a baseline but this character has everything in it and so I am happy about it.”
