Parth Samthaan enjoys HOUSEWARMING party with Hina Khan and others; Erica Fernendes SKIPS it

MUMBAI: Parth Samthaan, who has become a household name in the television industry, is in celebration mode.

The handsome lad bought a house in Mumbai a while ago. And last night, he celebrated the achievement by hosting a close-knit housewarming party.

The cast of Kasauti Zindagi Kay including Sahil Anand, Shubhavi Choksey, and Hina Khan were present at their friend’s big day. A few others such as Parth’s close friend from Kaisi Yeh Yaariyaan, Scarlet Rose, also made their presence felt.

The party was a rocking affair with dance, music, and, of course, champagne.

What caught our attention is that Erica Fernandes aka Prerna of Kasauti Zindagi Kay skipped the celebration. It also made us wonder whether she was even invited.
