Poonam Dhillon roped in for Jay Mehta’s upcoming show on Sony TV

Jay Mehta and Kinnari Mehta's untitled show on 'Woman Empowerment' for Sony Entertainment Television wherein the lady of the house goes through a journey to educate herself has got its central lead of the mother-in-law. Veteran and seasoned actress Poonam Dhillon, who was last seen in Colors' Bigg Boss in the television space, has bagged the prized role. As we had reported earlier, actors like Padmini Kolhapure, Smita Jaykar were auditioned for the same. Poonam who debuted on the small screen with Kitty Party on Zee TV has been finalized and will go on to play mother-in-law to Krystle D’souza. Karan Sharma is the male lead on the show. We sent a message to Producer Kinnari Mehta but she remained unavailable for comment.
