Last week Pracheen Chauhan joined “good friend” Archana Taide (the two were co-stars in Swarg) as she stepped into the limelight for her new show, Maan Rahe Tera Pitaah on Sony. At a press event to launch the show followed by a screening of the first episode the two were spotted together (the two held hands and seemed very happy and comfortable together as they entered the screening hall), even though Pracheen is not part of the show.
He was visibly happy to see a confident Archana addressing the media. So was he there to give her moral support? The shy to a fault actor said, “No. I am not here just to give Archana moral support. I know she is quite efficient and independent. I am here to wish good luck to the makers of the show. I have seen the first episode and I think they have done a very good job."
So how long has he been seeing Archana? "It has been quite some time. But we need to give ourselves more time before deciding to settle down. We are still making our presence felt in the industry," he says.
Incidentally, TellyChakkar had reported about the two sharing good vibes in an earlier story. Archana then had talked about how she “depends on him” while he chose to call it just a good friendship.
Meanwhile, how is he feeling now that his show Swarg is going off air? "Obviously, I am very sad. But I guess every show has an end and fate which we cannot change. There was a time when Swarg got TRPs more then 2 and yet we successfully completed a year. I have given my 100% to this show and people have appreciated it. Very soon I will be off to Europe for a vacation and will be back rejuvenated.”
On the other hand, Archana who was also excited to have Pracheen on her side, said, "Pracheen helped me a lot during Swarg and today too, he is here to support me. It means a lot. I am also very sad that Swarg came to an end. But guess, everything comes to an end."
