Noted director, producer and a social activist, Prakash Jha, who's given films such as <em> Gangajaal, Apharan</em> and the comedy show <em> Mungerilal Ke Haseen Sapney</em>, unveiled his new television show <em> Baahubali</em> at a press conference at Mumbai.

Baahubali highlights the lawlessness that exists in our country. Whenever there is a breakdown in system, a power will rise. Baahubali is about today's violent times. It's about raw power. A Baahubali is law unto himself. He is not bound by the State, Society or the Law of the Land. His most potent weapon for survival is non-violence. The acclaimed film maker says "40 episodes of Baahubali have already been canned and the show will go on air next year" The principal cast comprises of Mukesh Tiwari, Mohan Joshi, Chetan Pandit, Daya Shankar Pandey, and Vishnu Sharma..
