Prayaschit to make a comeback with season 2?

Sony TV’s Prayaschit – Gunnahon Ke Jakhm, based on the unique concept wherein criminals are given a chance to apologize for their crimes and unburden their souls, will air its last episode tonight, 18 November 2011. The show, hosted by Tisca Chopra, hit TV screens two months back in September and in this short span of time managed to receive a great response from audiences. And from the news Tellychakkar.com just received, it looks like the channel wants to bank on the show’s popularity. The buzz is that Prayaschit season 2 will go on air early next year in the month of February. When contacted to confirm the development, the show’s anchor Tisca Chopra said, “Even I have heard the same. But since I have not been approached to host the second season, I cannot really comment with certainty.” If what's being talked about proves to be true, viewers will get to see some more interesting criminals and bandits confessing their crimes and offences on television!!!
