A new character will soon be introduced in the show to spice up things. Prinal Oberoi who is the new entrant will be playing the role of Kayra, the daughter of Mama and Mami. She returns from abroad and has a very modern outlook and hates the difference between boys and girls. She is very good with Aditya (Nakuul Mehta), but will go on to create trouble for Pankhuri (Disha Parmar). Later, Priyal got in touch with us and shared, "Yes, I am entering Pyaar Ka Dard. I have earlier worked with Rajshri's for Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki and Main Teri Parchhain Hoon. The last I was seen on TV was in a negative role in Na Bole Tum. Here I am not playing a negative character, it is something different. The best part is that I do not get to wear Indian attire."
