MUMBAI: Producer Mou Das is the creator of the new production house Kite Runner Pictures. Well, while her career in production was going on well as she was working on her new film and web-series, however, she faced something really terrible sometime ago.

The ace producer recently opened about the whole story which was unbelievable.

Mou got into major trouble after having differences with her creative team who accused her of non-payment of salary. Not just this, when Mou tried to explain her condition to her team, they paid no heed to her and began blaming her for everything. She revealed how her team stopped working in her absence when they didn't get any response from Mou as she had lost her sim card and failed to contact them.

Mou assured them that their dues will be cleared soon, however, her entire staff ganged up against her because few of them were brainwashed by the other staff members.

Mou also revealed how they physically assaulted her and also took away the office stuff in her absence. In spite of explaining them her situation, they threatened her. When things really got out of hands, Mou's sister contacted the police. But things weren't easy for Mou as Police refused to take the complaint. All this ruckus happened around 10 pm at night where one of Mou's lady staff member was yelling at her saying, 'Paise nahin de rahi.' Forget but the whole matter, the police didn't even file the physical assault case for no reason.

It was Mou's thorough professionalism who agreed to pay them even after all this. However, now she is seeking legal advice to deal with this matter and hoping to sort things soon.

Mou revealed how horrifying this experience was and she felt betrayed for trusting her staff and in return getting such a response.

Mou had hired a creative team for her upcoming film which is currently under progress. However, in spite of all this, Mou has kept her project going and will soon hire a new set of a creative team.

on being asked to give one advice to all the producers to avoid getting in such a mess, Mou said that they should keep a distance from people and not get personal. Also, they should keep security for themselves.
