Pyaar Ka Dard... completes a year

The blending of two polar opposite mentalities works wonders on TV. That is indeed one of the reasons as to why Star Plus Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Rajshri Productions) has delivered good TRPs and has reached the milestone of completing a year today (18 June 2013). Viewers have loved the romantic journey of the protagonists Aditya (Nakuul Mehta) and Pankhuri (Disha Parmar). Going down the route of opposites attracting Aditya, who had lost faith in the institute of marriage and relationships because of his parent’s separation, fell in love with Pankuri who had the opposite ideology about marriage. Nakul tweeted, “Today we complete exactly a year of being on national TV. Thank u for accepting, acknowledging & embracing us in your lives. #PKDH @StarPlus (sic).” An elated Disha Parmar added, “It is a superb feeling that one actor can have. I am so happy that the show has completed a year. I am really obliged to work with Rajshri Productions and have a great team and amazing co-stars to work with. Many many more years to come.” We wish that this show attains many more milestones in the future.
