The channel is gearing up for the launch of a new show that will be bankrolled by Ekta Kapoor under the banner Balaji Telefilms that will be tilled Pyaar Kii Raahein.
It will star Manav Dua, Rachana Parulkar, Shubh Karan and Purnima Tiwari in lead roles.
As per sources, Paatal Lok actor Akshay Sharma has been roped in for the show.
Not much is known about his character but he would be playing a pivotal role in the show.
Akshay is a known actor of the television industry and he has been part of many successful television shows.
We got in touch with the actor and asked him about his character to which the actor said, ‘I play an important character – a one-sided lover of Anjali, who is desperate for her attention and wants to take her on a date. However, Anjali keeps ignoring him and, in upcoming episodes, will manipulate him into doing unethical tasks for her’
The fans are excited to see Akshay in new avtar on the show.
