MUMBAI: TellyChakkar was the first to break the news about Prateek Sharma’s LSD Pictures bringing a new show on Zee TV. The supernatural drama features TV actor Ankit Siwach in the lead role, as we earlier reported.

Now, we are back with another update from the upcoming series. As per our information, model and actor Maitrik Thakkar has been roped into the daily soap. Maitrik, who hails from Ahmadabad, will play one of the primary characters in the series.

An insider reveals that the plot revolves around five primary characters, out of which Maitrik would be playing the one. His character’s name would be Adhiraj, while Ankit will essay a character named Ram.

The good-looking actor is a known face in the modelling and advertisement circuit. He was also seen in an ad opposite Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Maitrik was seen in popular daily soaps like Qubool Hai, Diya Aur Baati Hum, and Suvreen Guggal. He will also be seen in a movie opposite Meghna Malik and Bidita Bag, as TellyChakkar earlier reported.
