We now hear that the critically acclaimed Director Manish Jha wil be the next to be part of the inspiring series. Manish Jha who won the Jury Prize for the Best Short Film at the 2002 Cannes Film Festival for ‘A Very Very Silent Film’ and has also been appreciated for his work in <em>Mathrubhoomi – A Nation Without Women</em> will be directing one of the upcoming episodes of the series on Star Plus.

The story is about the Bedani tribe who have this custom of selling off their teeanged daughters for money.
Rahul Vohra the talented actor who has been part of films like Swades, Monsoon Wedding, Pyaar Impossible, Bheja Fry 2 and many others will be part of the episodic. He will play the role of a social worker.
The shoot for the episodic is going on presently.
