Rakesh Bedi and Chetanya Adib are two popular television actors who will soon share a stage. They are acting in a Hindi play, a situational comedy written and directed by Sameer Iqbal Patel and produced by Goga Kapoor's daughter, Payal. As per our source, "The play is a complete laugh riot and it has been titled Baat Baat Mein Bigdey Haalat. The story revolves around two couples who have been given the same hotel room at one time by a hilarious pair of misfits, a lunatic called Harry Singh and a drunkard Army Major, Lehri. Akhil and Mili who are in the hotel for their honeymoon are in for some adventure of a different kind. Edwin, who secretly wants to celebrate his birthday with his date Sheryl is in for a nightmare as his wife Lubna drops in to surprise him. The situations get complicated as the story progresses leading to total chaos and confusion." Bedi confirmed the same and said, "I keep doing plays every now and then and this one is an outrageous comedy. You can also call it an error comedy, it’s just fast humour." Chetanya who shot to fame with Balika Vadhu says, “I am from Jaipur and I had started doing theatre there hence theatre is my first love. And, this particular play gives me a character that is completely different from the character that I play in Balika Vadhu. I play an up-market executive who has a very different approach towards life unlike the simple farmer of Balika Vadhu. I want people to come to watch the play because I am very sure they will enjoy it.” The play premieres on October 3 in Mumbai.
