It's the age of remix and recomposition, rework and reconstruction. Star One seems to have adopted this mantra to refresh its Sunday programmes. The channel has just replaced the hosts on three of its morning shows.
The reason? "We do 13 shows with a host for the Sunday brunch line-up. Hosts of shows that have completed 13 episodes have been changed," explains Star One programming head Ravi Menon. "Viewers would see a change in the host again after 13 episodes," adds Menon.

Those with a keen eye have probably noticed, the name of the show Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai has been changed too! "The name did not sound like a product of Star One. We wanted a funkier name," opines Ravi.
February will witness Chandana Sharma replacing Nethra Raghuraman in Home Shanti Home formerly Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai, a guide to make your homes beautiful.
Exotica, a show on exotic locations around the world will follow suit and replace Alicia Raut with Kim Jagtiani. Cook Na Kaho, a cookery show will not be spared from the change either and now has Shayan Munshi replacing Upen Patel, who's been whipping up the Karen Anand recipes so far.
Those that do not see change for a while are Body & Soul and Diet Pepsi Men Maange More hosted by Ruby Bhatia and Yudi respectively.
