The real culprit would be Siddhi (Anjali Abrol).

A source stresses out, “The sweet and caring sister will be the one responsible of her brother’s ill condition. The back story will reveal that Siddhi had killed her father, and the same was witnessed by Moksh. However, before Moksh could tell his family, Siddhi had planned his accident.”
Now, she would try to kill Reeti (Megha Chakraborty), but the family would get to know about it. And her real face will get exposed and Siddhi will be put behind the bars for her act.
With a happy ending planned, Moksh will be shown getting back to a normal life.
