About the show:
The story narrates how Dhara a blind girl faces the challenges to achieve her dream to achieve her passion of acting in films. She happens to suffer from Retinitis Pigmentosa and in the process loses her eyesight.
The pros:
The show’s concept is challenging in many ways and it is something we have seen a bit about in films and not on television. It is a refreshing change from an audience point of view. It is away from any kind of kitchen politics or saas –bahu sagas which is why this would be of interest across age groups and is something people can watch with their family with men taking interest too!
Megha Ray plays the lead role and all the characters including Rohit Suchanti and Shoaib Ali fit the characters well. They justify the character well.
The cons:
Although it gives a slice-of-life and is quite relatable and has a unique perspective, the show lacks the essence as it is a little moderately paced. The twists are predictable as of now.
