MUMBAI : Renowned actor and TV personality Ronit Bose Roy has invested Rs 18.94 crore for an apartment in Versova, Andheri (West). The flat, which is 4,263 square feet in size and is located on the 20th floor of the Versova Project, was registered in the names of Roy and his wife, Neelam Ronit Bose Roy, on June 10, 2024.

Roy bought the apartment from Macrotech Developers for Rs 1.13 crore, plus stamp duty, according to the documentation that IndexTap.com was able to get. Four parking spaces were also acquired by Roy as part of the agreement.
The ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd paid an astounding Rs 315 crore just this week to acquire 12 storeys, three basements, and property at Kalpataru Infinia in Santacruz East. Ixora Properties Pvt Ltd sold the property to the company.
In order to complete the transaction that was recorded on June 27, 2024, ICICI Prudential paid stamp duty totaling Rs 18.90 Crore, according to property documents that FloorTap.com, the marketplace for commercial properties, was able to access. The property has a total area of 63,733 square feet and 114 parking spaces.
