Rubina Dilaik reveals having emotional breakdowns due to lack of sleep; twin mom says, ‘I used to get up at night and cry’

MUMBAI:Rubina Dilaik has carved a niche for herself in the television industry. The diva has been a part of several projects and is one of the most popular faces on the small screen. She was earlier seen in Bigg Boss 14, where she emerged as the winner of the show. Rubina has been in the news lately for becoming a mother to twin girls Edhaa and Jeeva recently. The actress has a massive fan following. Her fans shower her with a lot of love and support.

Rubina has now opened up about her challenges of being a mother to twin babies. She says, “I can't sleep at night. There was an extreme time when I had a complete breakdown. I mean, I was like, I need help. I used to get up at night and cry. I am crying while getting up. I don't understand. I am not able to sleep. So one day, Abhinav said, ‘Let's do this. I sleep with one daughter. Mom will take another daughter to other room. You sleep in a separate room.’ And this conversation was going on for the past 10 days. Rubina take out that time. And I am not feeling good. I am not feeling good. Although I have to go to the other room and sleep so that for once I get complete sleep for one night.”

She further revealed, “If I get 3 to 4 hours, then maybe I will feel a little better. I will have that relaxing or maybe 4 hours of good sleep. I am not feeling good. So on the 10th day, he forced me to go sleep in the other room and he said, ‘I will take care. Go sleep there.”

Speaking of getting her little girls into a routine, Rubina shared, “Right now, when I am with my daughters, we have to make a routine for them. For them, a schedule should be made, they should sleep on time at night, they have to bathe at this time, they have to be fed at this time. So, right now, in the routine itself, we face so many challenges. Because they are two different people and both of them have different personalities and their demands are different. So, we feel that once they come into the routine, they might get some relief.”
