MUMBAI: Television actress Rubina Dilaik, who is currently seen in the show Shakti — Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki opposite Vivian Dsena, was trolled for not condemning Pulwama terror attack on social media.
The deadly Pulwama terror attack took place on 14 February 2019. A convoy of vehicles carrying security personnel on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway was attacked by a 19-year-old Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist, carrying 350 kg of explosives, in the Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The attack killed more than 40 CRPF personnel and injured several others.
The gruesome attack shocked the entire nation. People condemned the attack, and they are offering their respects and condolences to the martyrs on the social media pages. A lot of people from the entertainment world also took to social media to offer their prayers to the jawans. Now the celebs who did not offer prayers are getting trolled on social media.
Rubina Dilaik too was bashed by some of her followers for not condemning the terrorist attack. She was bashed for sharing a photo of herself chilling on a beach on her social media page on 14 February.
The actress later shared a WhatsApp conversation with a friend by captioning, "Patriotism is tested on Battlefield ! Not on Social Media."
Her husband Abhinav Shukla supported her by giving it back to a follower who trolled her.
