We all know that the education of the students is getting affected big time due to pandemic as schools and colleges are shut for more than a year now.
And now, Saloni who is also striking a balance between her education and professional life is missing out on her golden years.
While talking to a leading web portal, Saloni lamented about not being able to go to college.
She said, “College life is very depressing. I thought my first year of college life would be so happening. But my first year is overdoing classes online. In June, my second year will start but it is very sad. I am guessing the second year will also be over with online classes. College life is something I wanted to live. I hope at least I get to go to college in my 3rd year. All the years are just over like that.”
She also said that at times it is very upsetting as she is unable to do anything, not step out and not meet friends.
She said, “I get very restless and anxious. At times, I just sit idly unable to think what to do. I have made a lot of friends online from my college. But going to college, making friends is a different feeling. I haven’t experienced that. It is very sad. But seeing what’s happening outside and considering the situation, my problem is very small.”
Saloni stays in touch with her friends over phone calls or they hold watch parties for films online.
