Sandeep Sachdev fractures his hand in a freaky road accident

Sandeep Sachdev, the winner of India’s Biggest Loser Jeetega recently met with a freaky accident, as a result of which he is now left with no option but to go through a no-workout phase. Well, the man who is a fitness consultant himself, is now nursing a fractured left hand. Sandeep we hear, was getting out of an auto rickshaw when a cyclist from behind rammed into him all of a sudden. The handle of the cycle banged into Sandeep’s left hand so hardly that it caused a fracture. Sandeep had to go through a surgery wherein a plate and few screws had to be fixed to bring back his hand in shape. The model turned actor is now recuperating after the surgery and has his left hand in a sling. He will have to go through the movement restrictions on his left hand for few weeks. When contacted, Sandeep confirmed that he has gone through a surgery owing to an accident saying, “Yes, though I have started working post my surgery, I cannot go through my regular workouts. I have to restrict them for at least two more weeks. The accident was very freaky and I would have blasted at that cyclist. I realized I had to reach the doctor immediately, hence he got spared.” Here is an exclusive picture of Sandeep showing off his sutures post his operation. Sandeep happens to be the only Indian Speaker cum Fitness Trainer to represent India at the IFAA (International Fitness Aerobies Association) held in India.
