Season 2 of Yeh Jawani Ta Ra Ri Ri scrapped

And now the latest development that we have heard is that the planned upcoming season has been scrapped. Here are more details. The season was to air in the late night slot of 11 pm with a more bold youth content. Shares a source from the channel, “The production house had started shooting for the season, but the channel were a little apprehensive about the content. They had lot of meetings and discussions, but nothing could work out and thus they decided to pull the plug off it.” The first season of the show was highly appreciated with the newcomers Anshuman Malhotra, Chirag Mahbubani and Mohit Tolani playing the young quirky brothers coming of age and dealing with the struggles of teenage. We spoke to the producer of the show Vaibhav Modi who said, “Yes, we have scrapped the plans of season two.
