Shaleen Malhotra's mother passes away; actor posts heartwarming message on social media

Shaleen is bereaved, as he lost his mother.

MUMBAI: Shaleen Malhotra is a popular actor on the small screen. The handsome hunk has been a part of many amazing shows like Arjun, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, O Gujariya: Badlein Chal Duniya, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai, and Laado - Veerpur Ki Mardani among others.

The actor has played a variety of roles so far in all his shows. Shaleen was last seen in Sony TV's show Mere Dad Ki Dulhan, where he played the role of Rishi Burman. He was paired opposite Anjali Tatrari. (Read here: Shaleen Malhotra bags yet another web-series by Ram Gopal Verma)

Shaleen is going through a tough phase in life as he recently lost his mother. Shaleen seemed to be extremely close to his mother and quite fond of her.

The ‘Arjun’ actor took to social media to express his thoughts over the irreparable loss that he is going through. In his long post, he referred his mother as an inspiration to many. He further stated that he always his mother always had his back and that’s why he was fearless, but now he is scared.

In an emotional post about his mother, Shaleen wrote,

"माँ....
ये sirf शब्द नहींehsas है।
Aur doosre har rishte se bahut khaas hai....

Log kehte hai main tujhsa hoon, agar aadha bhi tujhsa ban saka toh khud ko jeeta maanoonga...
Have never seen a woman like you and I don’t say it cuz m your son as everyone loves their parents but maa you were a rockstar, you’ve fought for an illness for 21 years, docs gave up and you challenged them and got back, life never treated you well or not cuz you made life treat you the way you want it to treat you.... shart lagakar zindagi jee hai... I’m not lucky to be born as your son but blessed to have a mother like you, .... तू शेरनी थी माँ और रहेगी, you were a warrior... from someone you’ve met once to someone you meet daily, sab fan hain, you talk to someone and the person becomes yours forever.... but won’t say bye to you .... I hate byes.... tu mujhme zinda hai maa, tujhsa hoon na toh an tu hi ban ne ki koshish karoonga, na tujhsa koi tha na hi hoga, will miss when my screen reads maaaaa calling, only one person asks if I’m ok and eating woh nahin hoga, but m sure you’re ruling up there, and I’ll be seeing you whenever the time comes, I love you maa.... par ab dar lag raha hai, kyunki duniya mein kuch ho I knew ki maa hai na toh dar kaisa, ab dar lag raha hai.... meri buniyaad hil gayi hai.... par tera baccha hoon pata hai nikaal lenge ye bhi.... tu hai na.... you were an inspiration to everyone, the docs in every hospital used to give your reference to ppl. zindagi sahi maayne mein sirf aapko aata tha..... phir milenge maa...."
