Sony television’s Seven by Yash Raj’s is a first sci-fi action-adventure show. It also marks Shama Sikander’s return to television. Shama earlier shot to fame with Yeh Meri Life Hai on Sony. She left the small screen to try her hand at films.
The show is basically about good v/s evil, revisited in the modern-day context. For a change, it seems to be a departure from tackily made shows with over-dressed supermen and superwomen.

Shama is happy she is getting a chance to make a comeback in a different kind of show. She says, “When I read the script, I agreed to do it immediately. The concept is very unique. I was looking for a challenging role and God blessed me with one.”
She adds: “I play Shunya, an orphan who is brought up by a doctor. I am blessed with supernatural powers and I look for people blessed with the same. God has sent us to save the world from evil powers and we all come together to save it for good.”
The show will also have Shirrin Faarooq, Kashmira Irani, Himanshu Malhotra, Raashul Tandon, Meherzan Mazda, Nushratt Bharucha, Shivan Sood, Raquesh Vashist and Shama Sikander.
