Hot and sexy Shaminn, who rose to fame with her last stint in Colors’ Sanskaar, is on a weight losing spree.
The lovely lady has already shed 5 kgs in the last 25 days and looks stunning in her lean shape.
So let’s talk to the lady and ask her about diet and fitness regime.
“Well it’s all about dedication. While shooting for Sanskaar I put on a little weight and during the process of shooting for the show it had become difficult for me to lose the same. But ultimately one day I decided upon shedding my extra fat and come back in shape. For the same, I consulted a dietician who made a proper diet chart for me which is called a “crash diet”,” Shaminn averred.
“For breakfast I have a piece of bread stick along with black tea. After an hour or two I have a fruit may be an apple or an orange or six strawberries. My lunch consists of a bowl full of salad and grilled chicken or fish without oil. In the evening again I have any one fruit while my dinner is the same as my lunch.”
“During the entire day I have green tea three to four times to double my metabolism. But along with the crash diet I also workout in the gym for 45 long minutes. Having done so, for 25 days, I have managed to lose five kgs. In another two days I will be done with my crash diet. I am happy that I have managed to lose so much of weight. Now all I need to do is to maintain myself,” she added.
