Sheetal Maulik is a committed actress

Acting is not easy. As a performer, you have to constantly keep reinventing yourself and learn new things, and recently Sheetal Maulik got a taste of this in her real life. Sheetal is very hard working and gets into the skin of her character. Recently, she decided to perfect her driving skills and learnt to ride a two-wheeler as she was required to ride a scooty in one of her episodes in the upcoming tracks in her show Gutur Gu on SAB TV. Though Sheetal is an excellent driver and manages well with a car, it was a daunting task for her to re-learn driving. And guess what? She just had three days to perfect this art!!! The production people told everyone to clear the sets as she rode very fast but, when she had to stop she forgot to use her handbrakes and used both her legs to stop the scooty. It was hilarious to see how everyone on the sets cleared the road and waited for the shot to get over. This is what Sheetal had to say about the two-wheeler affair, “It was great fun on the sets and off it too. It was a little difficult but, my philosophy is try, try until you succeed and I had loads of fun and thoroughly enjoyed learning to ride the bike.” Catch Sheetal in action in Gutur Gu on 8 April 2012 at 8:30 pm.
