MUMBAI :Bigg Boss Season 17 has begun and the audiences have given it thumbs up. The show did pretty well in the first week of the show. The entire week was filled with fights and drama and it was a roller coaster ride. Advocate Sana Raees Khan who is seen as one of the contestants on the show is now in legal trouble as actor Faizan Ansari has filed a defamation case on her of Rs 10 Crore for lying that she is Aryan Khan’s lawyer.
Faizan has filed a defamation case on Sana as the latter has misused his name and his lawyer Ali Kashif's name for her benefit. Sana is one of the most high profile lawyers of Mumbai and has previously represented Indrani Mukerjea in the Sheena Bora murder case. She also claimed, before entering the Bigg Boss 17 house, that she represented Aryan Khan in the Cordelia cruise ship drugs case. However Faizan claimed it was false.
In a recent media interaction, Ansari said, “She calls herself a criminal lawyer, but she herself is a fraudster and a criminal. Forget fighting his case, she has never met Aryan or Shah Rukh Khan in her dreams also’
As soon as Sana entered the Bigg Boss 17 house, she was embroiled in many controversies. The Bombay High Court lawyer Ashutosh J Dubey filed a complaint with the Bar Council of India over "violation of Bar Council rules" He termed it as “a serious matter of professional misconduct”.
Since no lawyer is ready to fight Ansari's case, he has decided to fight it himself in court.
