MUMBAI: When Kota's (Rajasthan) Desh Bandhu Panday graced the hot-seat of Amitabh Bachchan's show Kaun Banega Crorepati 13, little did he know that an unwanted problem was about to come his way.
A railway official by profession, Panday took home Rs 3,40,000 after he could not get the guessed answer Rs 6,40,000 question. Panday was playing well and was left with one lifeline, however, he answered the 11th question wrong and went home with Rs 3,40,000.
As Panday fulfilled his lifelong dream of meeting Bachchan and appearing in KBC, he is now suffering the consequences of participating in the show. As per the latest news, Panday has landed himself in legal trouble. The railway official has been slapped with a chargesheet by the Railway Administration for taking part in KBC 13.
As per the information, Panday who stayed in Mumbai from August 9-13 to be on the show, had informed his seniors about taking leaves. However, his leave application was not taken into consideration.

The chargesheet sent to him by the railway administration has remained silent on the matter.
There has been a protest among railway employees' organizations on the matter. Khalid, the divisional secretary of West Central Railway Mazdoor Sangh, has said that the railway administration has not done well with Pandey.
More details related to the case are awaited.
Meanwhile, the 11th question for Rs 6,40,000 that Panday guessed wrong was - “Which of these countries falls entirely in Europe?” Options were: Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Kazakhstan. The correct answer is Ukraine.
