Siddhant Karnick and Vinay Rohrra are birthday boys

Today, 15 March 2012, two TV actors celebrate their birthday. Firstly, we have Siddhant Karnick of Mahi Way, who is one year younger today he says, “I was born a baby with a mentality of old grandfather but the older I grow the more creative and mad I get and end up doing more stupid and younger things.” So how young have you become today? “I am all of 73 years and if you say that I look much young, that’s because when I was 25 years I gifted my self a talented cosmetic surgeon and I also do three hours of yoga and jalneeti every morning at 4 am.” Siddhant, who is currently shooting for new Life OK’s show Aasman Se Aage, says his birthday began at sharp 12 am this morning when he got 100 roses and a big cake from an anonymous female fan from Down Under (Australia). “After that my folks came over and we had quality family time over Champagne.” Ask him what are his plans for the rest of the day and pat comes the reply, “I will not reveal that as it will be very naughty to put on record (Laughs).On a more serious note I will be spending most time on set as it is good to be working on your birthday as most of the time we actors are anyways sitting idle at home.” In fact, he is very happy the way his birthday was celebrated onsets. “The moment I reached set this morning all unit guys came together and wished me a happy birthday. It was very sweet on their part given the fact that we have been working only last 20 days, says this talented actor who also played in vampire in Star One‘s Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani. Besides working hard Siddhant has big dreams to accomplish this year, “I wish to meet President Barak Obama and give him a high five, play tic tac toe with Oprah Winfrey and sing Chidya O Chidya with Aamir Khan.” Though Siddhant is impressed by the current American head of state he would prefer predecessor George W Bush to come back to the White house for there were a large number of jokes about him compared to Obama. “Is it not better to have an entertaining person with a control on the nuclear trigger then a serious guy?” The other birthday boy, apart from Siddhant, is Vinay Rohrra who got married a couple of months back. “After shooting (he is doing Shubh Vivaah) I and my better half will go for a private candle light dinner.” About birth day bashes Vinay say, “The days of pranks are over, I am 26 years now and marriage does bring in a whole lot of responsibilities. Having said that, you can never escape those painful birthday bumps, whose numbers keep increasing every year. Luckily, this year my friends did not push me as I appear unwell.” This actor also seems quite popular among his friends for his phone has just not stopped ringing, “I had to charge my cell three times since last night.” In closing, this says, “I want to work away 2012 with quality shows I have had with quantity stuff.”
