MUMBAI: In the world of television where action is often choreographed and doubled, Siddhi Sharma who plays the character of Gulki in Sun Neo’s show Ishq Jabariya is proving that real strength lies in doing it all yourself with heart, soul, and a whole lot of courage. Recently Siddhi shared her experience on performing stunts
Talking about her experience, Siddhi shares, “Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of stunts for Sun Neo’s show Ishq Jabariya, and the exciting part is that I’ve performed all of them myself without using a stunt double. I actually enjoy doing my own stunts because it gives me a thrill and a sense of achievement. Earlier, I used to watch people doing stunts in shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi and think, ‘Oh, this looks easy!’ But now that I’m doing it myself, I’ve realized how difficult it really is and how much effort it takes. Getting the chance to do action scenes doesn’t come often, so I grab every opportunity with full energy. Every stunt feels like a new challenge, and I love pushing my limits to make each scene look real and powerful.”
The Ishq Jabariya actress further added, “I truly believe that the strength to perform action sequences without action dupe comes from Hanuman Ji. His blessings give me the confidence and power to perform even the toughest stunts. There are times when the scenes are risky or physically demanding, but somehow, everything falls into place. It feels special to know that I can represent strong characters on screen and inspire others, especially young girls, to be fearless and bold.”
