Sonal Vengurlekar QUITS Police Factory

Sonal Vengurlekar

It seems that things are not working well for SAB TV’s bi-weekly series Police Factory (DJ’s A Creative).

Only a few weeks after its first telecast the show has hit a new controversy. After Tarun Khanna and Sonal Vengurlekar stepping into shoes of Akshay Anand and Sharmin Kazi respectively, we hear a new development about the series.

After replacing Sharmin, we hear that Sonal, who essays the character of Priya, has call it quits to Police Factory. As per our source’s info the character Sonal is playing now, is not as per with what she had been promised during the narration of the script. Disappointed with the entire development, Sonal has finally put down her papers and is currently serving a notice period of three months.

When contacted, Sonal remarked, “Yes, I have already decided to leave the series, but will serve the notice period of till December. I was initially informed that my character will be that of the female lead, but later on I realized that the concept of the show is very different, where my character will be not be so. Now I am open to other projects and wish to work right after my notice period gets over”.

We have also dropped a message to producer, Deeya Singh, but have not received any revert till the time of filing the article.

We wish Sonal all the best for her future endeavour.
