Sony SAB’s ‘Aangan Aapno Kaa’ wraps up: Actors reflect on their cherished moments

MUMBAI: Mumbai, June 07, 2024: Set against the vibrant backdrop of Indian family life, ‘Aangan Aapno Kaa’ on Sony SAB weaves an engaging narrative around Pallavi Sharma (Ayushi Khurana). Thisshow highlights the responsibilities and roles of a daughter and daughter-in-law, depicting Pallavi’s efforts to fulfil her duties while staying true to her own beliefs and aspirations. As a modern woman with progressive views, Pallavi finds herself at odds with traditional expectations, striving to carve out her own space and identity within the family.
Ayushi Khurana, playing the role of Pallavi, said, “The journey of this show has been incredible, and the bond I've formed with my co-actors is something I've never experienced before. The initial response to the show was fantastic, and I was excited to give it my all. As the show now approaches its end, I feel a bit sad because I'll miss the set, the people, and working with them. There are countless memories from working on this show and one of the highlights for me was getting to shoot numerous dance sequences, something I hadn't had the opportunity to do before.”

Samar Vermani, playing the role of Akash, said, “My favorite memory from the show is enjoying evening tea with my co-stars, especially Aparna (Kashish Duggal), who played my onscreen mother, and Pallavi (Ayushi Khurana), my onscreen wife. We would chat about our lives, and acting journeys, and indulge in some everyday gossip. While we're all a bit sad about the show ending, we've created wonderful memories together. The daily commute to Naigaon was challenging, but arriving on set always felt like coming home.”
Waseem Mushtaq, playing the role of Varun, said, “This show has brought me so many wonderful friends, especially Yash Pandit. We used to share a room, and with our shared love for music, we often jammed and talked together. This might be my 18th or 19th show, but I get very emotional each time one ends. With every show, we make new friends, spend a lot of time together, and create many memories, so it's natural to miss all the fun. However, this is the nature of life; everything that begins must eventually end. With each show's conclusion comes the excitement of a new project.”
