Star Plus recently made a comeback with its afternoon band by launching fresh shows!!!
The channel launched four new shows in its afternoon band viz. Dhhai Kilo Prem (Balaji Telefilms and Sandiip Sickand), Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee (Shoonya Square Productions), Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji (Shashi Sumeet Productions) and Kya Qusoor Hai Amla Ka (24 Frames Productions).
However, there is a recent change in the program schedules on Star Plus after the channel’s long running daily Saath Nibhana Saathiya (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms) went off-air. Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji is shifted to 7 pm slot and Love Ka Hai Intezaar (Alchemy Films) that had joined the afternoon wagon later on 2:30 slot was shifted to 2 pm.
The shows hit the screens on April 3.
Yesterday (July 27) all the four shows aired their hundredth episodes.
The cast and crew celebrated the moment by cutting a cake on their respective sets.
The shows managed to grab eyeballs of the audience with their unique concept and storytelling.
